Special Instructions:

Formation takeoff permitted if required by WX/ATC constraints. Single Ship Takeoff - Demo pro on first attempt if student is a T-38C conversion course graduate. Not demo pro if recent T-38C SUPT graduate.
Instrument approach permitted if required by WX/ATC constraints.
